Mohammad Hossam Loutfi studied law at Cairo University, and also holds a PhD from the Paris University XI Faculty of Law. Currently, he is Professor of Civil Law at Cairo University. As well, he directs the Centre for Research and Studies at the Arab Lawyers Union and works as a consultant at the Shalakany Law Office in Cairo.
