Focus on International Copyright Policy

International Copyright Exceptions in Practice
At an international level, international copyright policy-makers are discussing whether
an international treaty on minimum exceptions should force the member states of
international organisations to adopt an agreed-upon set of exceptions to copyright, in
particular in the area of international file transfers for the benefit of visually impaired
persons, and for libraries and archives.
